Orca Polymer concrete is a versatile, durable, composite material made from mineral fillers with a synthetic or natural resin binding agent.
Orca’s polymer concrete technology is an Australian first. Using innovative technology, Orca has optimised the design of polymer concrete infrastructure products and substitutes quarried minerals for a more sustainable alternative; recycled glass that’s diverted from landfill.
With locally developed, patent pending technology, Orca uses recycled waste glass to produce a polymer concrete with a compressive strength greater than 90MPa. Up to 80% of the dry components of Orca’s polymer material consists of recycled glass feedstock, saved from potentially ending up in Australian landfill.

Orca’s range of polymer concrete drainage channels and pits have an optimised design for weight advantages and manual handling benefits, plus they deliver up to three times the compressive strength of conventional concrete products. Pair our polymer concrete products with Orca’s covers or grates, featuring our patented Griptech™ anti-slip profile, for design leading drainage solutions.
